Drive new business acquisition by managing the full sales cycle for Orgvue's organizational design and planning platform, targeting mid-market organizations across North America. Develop and execute prospecting strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas in a fast-growing software company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through deal close
- Act as the BDE / BDR to develop and execute account and/or industry-based prospecting strategies
- Build awareness of how Orgvue software is applicable to specific industries
- Independently manage a book of new business for organizations between 1,000 and 3,000 employees across North America
- Learn Orgvue software, its pain points, and be able to tailor the value proposition
- Learn MEDDPICC sales methodology within the context of selling Orgvue
- Develop territory plans, quarterly projections, and manage weekly activity details
- Scope, develop, and deliver proposals (written and oral)
- Travel occasionally to prospects and conferences
- Use tools, like Salesforce and Clari, to capture deal progress
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota (value and volume based)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, ideally in business development, sales, and/or pre-sales
- Proven ability to grasp complex business concepts
- Organized, proactive and able to handle multiple competing priorities
- Executive presence and excellent presentation skills
- Aptitude in leveraging relationships to secure business
- Ability to travel occasionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, ideally in business development, sales, and/or pre-sales
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with a sales process or methodology (MEDDIC or MEDDPICC preferred)
- Experience within the context of business or workforce transformation
- Experience working with SMB and Mid-Market organizations
- Deep expertise in prospecting
