About This Role

This role involves leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to deliver tailored solutions for clients, analyzing complex business issues, and mentoring junior team members. You will be instrumental in transforming client technology landscapes across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Dynamics 365 Applications to craft impactful solutions for clients
• Interpret client needs and provide guidance on D365 business cases
• Oversee project tasks to achieve timely and budget-friendly completion
• Foster meaningful connections with clients while navigating uncertainties
• Mentor team members to uphold elevated standards
• Analyze intricate issues and develop strategic solutions
• Maintain a profound understanding of client requirements
• Achieve delivery of quality solutions

Requirements

• Demonstrating thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success leveraging Dynamics 365 Applications (F&O, CE, Project Operations, or others), as well as other Microsoft solution offerings
• Possessing experience with configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 to 7 years of experience

• One or more certifications within Dynamics 365 applications preferred
• Leading efforts to understand and implement D365 solutions
• Interacting with clients to understand key requirements
• Advising on complex D365 business cases
• Conducting business process analysis and creating process flows
• Developing project plans and managing tasks on time
• Demonstrating abilities as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
• Leveraging project management skills to lead engagements
• Providing guidance and feedback to less-experienced staff
