Merchandiser

About This Role

Merchandising Services Company seeks full-time merchandisers for convenience stores in Houston, TX, focusing on product placement and planogram execution. This role involves travel and offers opportunities for pay increases and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a Plan-O-Gram to complete the merchandising of existing in-store products
• Tag, move, and/or rearrange existing in-store products on existing shelves
• Arrange products in bins, inside coolers, or other areas of the store
• Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be able to travel, including overnight hotel stays, with potential weekend stays and sometimes out of state
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of auto insurance
• Real ID Drivers License
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read planograms
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stand
• Ability to carry product with light to moderate lifting
• Ability to tolerate colder conditions when working inside of beverage coolers

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and equivalent training and experience, preferred
• Merchandising experience preferred but not required
