As a Merchandiser, you will be Jacent's front-line representative, working in over 17,000 stores to place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel to drive sales of impulse items. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management and executing merchandising resets and plan-o-grams.
Responsibilities
- Cultivating relationships with in-store management
- Executing merchandising resets
- Building retail displays
- Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks
- Implementing plan-o-grams
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk 3-8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to crouch, bend, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with business partners
- Resides within Harriman, TN
