The MEP Superintendent will support project planning and preconstruction, review and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and lead, manage, and support multi-trade coordination on-site, occasionally across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Create and update project schedules
- Manage installation activities effectively
- Troubleshoot any MEP issues that arise
- Oversee the commissioning of MEP systems
- Ensure quality control of MEP processes and installations
Requirements
- Proficiency in construction management and MEP coordination
- Experience in managing subcontractors
- Field experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Over 10 years of MEP experience on commercial and/or industrial projects
Nice to Have
- Experience in projects related to healthcare, higher education, data centers, institutions, and food industries
