This contract, on-site role involves providing mental health support to individuals, couples, and families, primarily for Spanish-speaking clients. The counselor will develop treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health support to individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct therapy sessions
- Offer relationship counseling
- Perform case management
- Contribute to psychological assessments where necessary
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
Requirements
- Experience and expertise in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology principles
- Skills in Relationship Counseling and providing support for interpersonal dynamics
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, active listening, and effective communication
- Licensed or certified mental health professional (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) within Florida
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
