About This Role

Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of car wash products using a consultative sales approach. Guide customers through options and provide personalized solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build customer connections by asking questions to uncover individual needs and provide personalized solutions
• Deliver exceptional service and build customer trust
• Close sales effectively to meet customer needs and achieve targets
• Introduce and sell a range of products and services to prospective customers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on schedule
• Stay informed about the products and services offered
• Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience; six months of sales experience preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment
