Member Services Team Member | Summer Seasonal

About This Role

This role provides outstanding customer service to members and guests, primarily focusing on concessions operations and ensuring a positive experience within the sports club facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food items adhering to MVP and Health Department codes
• Maintain a clean and professional food preparation area
• Provide superior customer service in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Attend and participate in regular Service Game training sessions as directed by supervisor
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance by wearing the MVP Sports Clubs uniform and name badge
• Perform point-of-sale procedures with CSI Software and be responsible for contents of cash drawer during a specified shift
• Perform all job functions at an exceptional level while adhering to areas of accountability
• Communicate members’ concerns, comments, and questions to appropriate Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience
• First Aid/CPR Training (can be obtained in-house)
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience in high volume service industry
• Experience with food preparation
• Excellent verbal and personal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed
• Ability to stand 95% of shift and lift weighted objects up to 40 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience
• Minimum 6 months prior customer service experience in high volume service industry.
