About This Role

This role involves providing safe medication administration and developing meaningful relationships with residents in an assisted living and memory care environment. The Med Tech will contribute to creating an extraordinary community for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe delivery and administration of medications
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents
• Work part-time shifts including Saturdays and Fridays/Saturdays overnight, or be available for on-call shifts
• Collaborate as a team builder to provide comprehensive care
• Utilize assessment skills to understand resident needs

Requirements

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program
• Minimum of six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field
• Ability to work some holidays and weekends
• Passion for working with seniors
• Team Builder

• Excellent computer skills
• Great communication skills

Qualifications

• Minimum six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a memory care environment
