Material Handler

About This Role

This Material Handler role at Modine Manufacturing involves receiving and locating shipping orders, transporting items using industrial trucks, and assisting with warehouse duties. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate shipments and maintaining an organized storage area.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipping orders from Production Supervisors and Service Departments
• Locate appropriate items to be shipped from warehouse
• Transport necessary quantities to staging area using powered industrial trucks and manual hand trucks
• Check off units against pick list
• Assist in warehouse duties including unloading items from shuttle truck and transporting to proper storage area
• Identify all items manufactured or purchased by the company
• Perform daily industrial truck inspections and report improper equipment operation to Supervisor
• Record time and production

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
