Support project managers, construction managers, and commission managers by sourcing materials, managing the manufacturing process, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager, Construction Manager and Commission Manager with sourcing materials
- Issue purchase orders, track, expedite, and manage materials and equipment manufacturing process
- Oversee delivery to storage areas and project sites
- Verify bill of materials, supplier identification, and commodity lead time analysis
- Manage order acknowledgments and materials management
- Communicate material schedules to the project team
- Handle quality control and vendor damage claim management
Requirements
- Technical Degree
- Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- 5 years of experience in Materials Management positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
- Well versed in power delivery components and manufacturing process
Qualifications
