The Marketing Operations Coordinator (Contract) will be the operational backbone for Volley's performance marketing and influencer programs, ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized and keen to build expertise across digital marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Traffic and track creative assets across paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and CTV partners)
- Execute ad operations tasks including campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting within platform interfaces
- Maintain and improve tracking systems for influencer outreach, content production, and campaign performance
- Generate routine reports, charts, and executive updates using tools like Amplitude and Tableau
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders—Design, Product, and Data—to keep projects on track and ensure clear communication
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate repetitive work and scale impact
Requirements
- Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail
- Comfort working in ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads) or eagerness to learn quickly
- Proficiency in spreadsheets
- Clear, concise written communication
- Genuine curiosity about AI and automation
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Qualifications
- Early in career role
Nice to Have
- Marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or ad operations experience
- Interest in games, entertainment, or consumer technology
- Exposure to CTV or consumer subscription app advertising
- Experience with influencer marketing workflows
- Familiarity with mobile attribution or MMP tools
- Familiarity with BI tools (Amplitude, Tableau)
