Marketing Intern

About This Role

Support the marketing team by assisting with proposals, marketing materials, and database maintenance. This role provides hands-on experience and mentorship within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing proposals
• Assist in preparing marketing materials
• Perform database maintenance and updates
• Conduct market and client research
• Travel (driving) to other offices within the region as needed

Requirements

• In progress of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a similar field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to professional quality
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete work accurately under constant time constraints
• Ability to juggle several deadline-driven requirements from multiple people

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a similar field
• In the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree within the next 12-24 months

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
