Marketing Intern

About This Role

This Marketing Intern will support a growing marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, events, and operations for a fast-growing IT services company. The role offers real responsibility and exposure to B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and distribute email campaigns and newsletters using HubSpot and Mailchimp
• Support account-based marketing initiatives with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and 6sense
• Assist with website updates, blog publishing, and basic SEO tasks
• Schedule and manage LinkedIn content
• Design marketing assets using Canva
• Edit short-form videos for campaigns using CapCut
• Create presentations and pitch decks
• Support campaign ideation and execution
• Assist with swag design and ordering
• Support internal team events and offsites
• Assist with logistics for customer and partner events
• Manage shipping and fulfillment for event materials
• Provide light office operations support as needed

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college (Junior, Senior, or recent graduate preferred)
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, CapCut
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in B2B marketing and operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college
• 0-2 years of marketing or related experience (internships included)
