Marketing District Specialist Imaging Design

About This Role

Provide color expertise for properties by utilizing specialized software and equipment. This role involves creating images showcasing color possibilities, maintaining color archives, and developing color books for property customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide color options for properties such as apartments, commercial buildings, and Home Owner Associations
• Utilize software and equipment to create images that can be given to customers to show color possibilities
• Take into consideration all aspects of color, including appropriate use of color with regards to region of county and style of architecture
• Perform color matching and palette development
• Work with HOA sales representatives to obtain color information for their customers and maintain that information in an archive
• Create Color Books for HOA customers and assist with adding new exterior schemes to their communities
• Update and organize the resource library
• Order replacement color chips

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in country of employment without sponsorship
• Ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED)
• Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to operate a camera
• Ability to effectively interact with employees and customers
• Time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or comparable programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED)

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a design-related field
