About This Role

Drive profitable sales and grow the residential repaint segment in the Nashville market, focusing on premium paint and coatings products. This role manages existing customer relationships, generates new business, and collaborates with internal teams to expand market presence.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales and grow the residential repaint segment focused on premium paint and coatings products
• Execute all aspects of the business strategy for the residential repaint segment
• Manage the current residential repaint business along with generating new business
• Collaborate and partner with PPC stores, reps, as well as the training and marketing teams to grow the business
• Manage customer relationships, driving profitable growth and innovation in the residential repaint segment across the region
• Manage lost customer relationships, gaining back a previous customer base
• Manage lead generation of residential repaint customers in the market
• Facilitate product training for customers
• Champion business ideas, recommendations, and points of view with the customer

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of sales experience, outside sales preferred with a hunter's mentality

Nice to Have

• Bi-lingual, Spanish language proficiency
• Salesforce CRM software experience
• Previous coatings experience
