Market Manager, Residential Repaint

About This Role

This Market Manager will be responsible for driving profitable sales and market growth for residential repaint products in the Miami, FL area. The role involves managing existing business, generating new leads, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales and grow the residential repaint segment focusing on premium paint and coatings products
• Execute all aspects of the business strategy for the residential repaint segment
• Manage current residential repaint business and generate new business
• Collaborate and partner with PPC stores, reps, training, and marketing teams to grow the business
• Manage customer relationships, driving profitable growth and innovation in the residential repaint segment
• Manage lost customer relationships to regain previous customer base
• Manage lead generation of residential repaint customers in the market
• Facilitate product training for customers
• Champion business ideas, recommendations, and points of view with the customer

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of sales experience, outside sales preferred with a hunter's mentality

Nice to Have

• Outside sales experience with a hunter's mentality
• Bi-lingual, Spanish language proficiency
• Salesforce CRM software experience
• Previous coatings experience
