Market Fulfillment Lead

About This Role

Lead market fulfillment operations for an assigned area, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze data, identify operational gaps, and implement solutions to improve performance and drive customer and driver satisfaction. This role involves understanding end-to-end store fulfillment processes and supporting digital change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain market research and data
• Review key performance indicators and build action plans to improve performance
• Research, evaluate, and analyze data to identify and analyze operational and driver experience gaps
• Develop and implement solutions to improve program and process metrics
• Lead process improvement projects and utilize data to provide insights
• Understand and participate in all end-to-end aspects of store fulfillment (picking, staging, dispensing, delivering customer/member orders)
• Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer, delivery service provider, and operational needs
• Develop and communicate business plans and priorities
• Remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance or associate, customer, and driver experiences
• Support driver supply and driver experiences through root cause analysis and solutioning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field AND 2 years’ experience in retail operations or related field OR 5 years' experience in retail operations or related field
• Valid state-issued driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field
