Manager Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services

About This Role

This Manager role ensures all commercial cleaning services are delivered on time, within budget, and to Office Pride standards. This key position involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and training employees with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees
• Hire and oversee training of employees
• Supplement site inspections and follow-up plans
• Manage Labor budget for all accounts
• Train and develop employees, preparing them for increased responsibilities
• Manage and evaluate time-keeping system
• Schedule new and existing accounts, and adjust for changes
• Take ownership of team results to provide promised customer service
• Work closely with Office Pride management and follow up on tasks
• Assist in building the management team as needed and budgeted
• Report nightly via an area managers written report for time, activities, and tasks
• Attend weekly staff meetings accounting for time, tasks completed, and problem-solving
• Manage all aspects of the general operation of the business in your area
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week and willing to work hours needed to complete assignments

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
• Pass a Background Check
• Pass a Drug Test
