Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise commercial cleaning operations for assigned facilities, ensuring Office Pride standards are met and providing guidance to cleaning staff. This role involves training new employees, maintaining equipment, and addressing customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleaning of assigned facilities on a regular basis
• Train and support new employees on cleaning procedures, alarm systems, and timekeeping
• Coach employees as necessary and cross-train them for coverage
• Ensure facilities have working equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with Office Pride policies, procedures, and uniform requirements
• Enforce safety and security measures and report safety issues to management
• Follow-up on customer complaints
