This Management Trainee position offers a structured career path in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations within our mobility solutions business. You will master essential skills through hands-on learning, mentoring, and community engagement to prepare for managing your own branch.
Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
- Perform as a behind-the-scenes operational expert
- Master knowledge and skills to run your own branch
- Cultivate new business relationships
- Develop your team
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support
- Establish community relationships to build your business
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related incident on driving record within the past five years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
- Current resident or moving to Southeastern Massachusetts or Rhode Island within 30 days of application date or post graduation
Qualifications
