Management Trainee

About This Role

This Management Trainee position offers a structured career path in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations within our mobility solutions business. You will master essential skills through hands-on learning, mentoring, and community engagement to prepare for managing your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
• Perform as a behind-the-scenes operational expert
• Master knowledge and skills to run your own branch
• Cultivate new business relationships
• Develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support
• Establish community relationships to build your business
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years
• No drug or alcohol related incident on driving record within the past five years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
• Current resident or moving to Southeastern Massachusetts or Rhode Island within 30 days of application date or post graduation
