About This Role

Operate and maintain 3D printing machines to produce advanced products from various metal alloys for medical devices manufacturing. Ensure strict quality control and perform routine maintenance to support the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various 3D printing machines for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome
• Ensure adherence to strict quality control procedures to deliver flawless end products
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly
• Identify and troubleshoot potential issues with builds
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions in a manufacturing environment
