Responsibilities
- Choose assignments aligned with personal preferences and profile
- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online channels
- Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience
- Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on a dedicated platform
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Observant and passionate about customer experience
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
