Responsibilities
- Choose assignments aligned with personal preferences and profile
- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home
- Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience carefully
- Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on the platform
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands (to ensure impartiality)
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Observant and passionate about customer experience
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required
