This role is responsible for coordinating the business unit's relationship with internal and external State partners to ensure growth and compliance within the Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS) programs. The director will monitor legislation, research revenue expansion opportunities, and assist in strategic health plan development.
Responsibilities
- Monitor related legislation and advise senior management relative to compliance
- Research new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities
- Assist in creating HealthPlan strategic and annual plans
- Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- 10 years of related experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience
Nice to Have
- MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in administering long-term care programs and services
- CHOICES and ECF LTSS program experience in Tennessee
- Experience with implementation and driving execution of contractual requirements
