Provide one-to-one nursing care for pediatric patients in a home environment with self-sufficient autonomy, supported by a 24/7 clinical team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality personalized care and respecting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Take direction from the clinical team and be overseen by a registered nurse
- Follow the plan of care
- Follow all clinical and office policies
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
