Loyalty Manager

About This Role

This role involves strengthening customer relationships by developing and executing strategic email communications and managing the loyalty program for a clean beauty brand. The manager will drive engagement and retention across digital channels while sharing the brand's story and product philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and partner cross-functionally in campaign development
• Brief, build, and deploy targeted email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive
• Develop segmented email strategies based on customer behavior, preferences, and clean beauty journey for VIP members
• Manage ILIA's loyalty program, creating engaging experiences and reinforcing brand values
• Oversee loyalty program operations including point systems, reward structure, and member communications
• Analyze loyalty program data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement
• Create and test compelling loyalty program offers and promotions to drive member engagement
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop email templates and visual assets
• Maintain customer database quality and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing and loyalty program management with a CPG brand
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Excellent writing skills with ability to maintain consistent brand voice
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing and loyalty program management with a CPG brand

Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Klaviyo
• Understanding of clean beauty industry and consumer trends
