Coordinator, Social + Influencer

About This Role

This role is responsible for driving influencer awareness, traffic, and engagement while supporting social media scheduling and content creation for ILIA Beauty, a rapidly growing clean beauty brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage agency product inventory for international and US markets
• Assist influencer team with sourcing creators for mailers and influencer campaigns
• Support with influencer and ad hoc send outs
• Own monthly seeding campaigns to support evergreen and new launches
• Organize and upkeep the influencer product closet, ensuring inventory is accurate and available
• Coordinate product shipments with Operations to guarantee efficient seeding logistics
• Monitor and forecast product usage for influencer programs
• Organize and track content coming in from creators
• Assist in scheduling weekly posts across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Create assets for social, including graphics for in-feed and stories, using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools

Requirements

• 1 year experience in a marketing role or internship
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in influencer marketing and/or beauty
• Natural interest in social media trends and platforms
• Engaged with TikTok and familiar with trending sounds, hashtags

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students are accepted, or prior experience in a marketing role/internship
• 1 year experience in a marketing role or internship and/or previous experience in influencer marketing and/or beauty
