About This Role

The Loan Administrator Officer will be responsible for processing deals, payments, amendments, and assignments for agented, participated, and bilateral facilities at Natixis Bank US office, alongside daily reconciliation and insurance processing.

Responsibilities

  • Process Natixis lender activity for bilateral, participated, and agented transactions, including loan input, payments, notices, and fee processing.
  • Monitor incoming funds in the Syndication Account from lenders/Borrower and perform daily reconciliation and invoice preparation.
  • Perform daily Corona reconciliation and past-due report monitoring, investigating all open items.
  • Process assignments and amendments received from counterparties in a prompt manner.
  • Check and authorize various transactions handled by the team.
  • Set up, process, and reconcile insurance payments according to internal processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of current regulations and best practices
  • Knowledge of PC (Excel & Word)
  • Knowledge of Loan IQ and Payplus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi task and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communications
  • Keen sense of detail orientation

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or comparable experience
