Support a busy legal team by managing and overseeing all litigation matters for the client. Collaborate with the General Counsel and in-house legal team to align on legal risks and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all litigation matters, from initial assessment through resolution
- Collaborate closely with the General Counsel and in-house legal team to ensure alignment on legal risks and strategies
- Interface with internal business leaders to quickly build rapport and understand the company’s objectives
- Manage and coordinate efforts with outside counsel, ensuring efficient and cost-effective representation
- Deliver independent, proactive support on legal issues as they arise
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling litigation matters
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Experience managing and coordinating outside counsel
- Business-minded, level-headed approach with the ability to work autonomously
