Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain consistent taste and presentation
Requirements
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
