Prepare delicious menu items according to recipe specifications and food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area while providing fast service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling and storage
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
- Complete duties without constant supervision
Requirements
- Minimum age 18 or older
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
- Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- Punctual and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and not miss multiple work shifts
