About This Role

Lead a team in a family-oriented, casual restaurant environment to deliver great food, ensure food safety standards, and maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver great food, prepared to company standards
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety standards
  • Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals
  • Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Participate in weekly/monthly inventories
  • Maintain budgeted food cost
  • Write weekly kitchen schedules
  • Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
  • Minimum 21 years or older
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to handle continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Comfortable with exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
