About This Role

This is a 100% remote Life Insurance Agent role for a self-motivated individual who will engage with potential customers to provide tailored life insurance solutions. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, relationship building, and sales tracking to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage an exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in life insurance products
• Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting thorough needs assessments
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support
• Training & Development: Participate in live, company-wide coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience
• Sales Tracking: Utilize advanced tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements

• Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within their budget
