Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

About This Role

PAM Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide appropriate nursing care, gather data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures on patients under the direction of an RN. This role involves working full-time night shifts at Centennial Hills Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care, as directed by an RN on the nursing unit
• Gather and report data
• Carry out orders
• Perform therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population-appropriate manner

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required. 2 years of experience in direct patient care preferred.

Nice to Have

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
• Higher comfort level working with vents/trachs/PICC lines, etc.
• 2 years of experience in direct patient care
