About This Role

Provide individual outpatient therapy to achievement-oriented clients using evidence-based approaches like CBT. This role offers structured training, consultation, and support for professional growth in a clinician-run practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient therapy using CBT and related evidence-based approaches
• Develop collaborative case formulations
• Deliver active, focused, and responsive sessions
• Maintain timely documentation
• Participate in regular consultation and learning to support ongoing cases and accelerate professional growth

Requirements

• Licensed Therapist (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMHC) in Massachusetts
• Training and experience in CBT
• Demonstrated commitment to CBT as a core treatment modality
• Enthusiastic interest in anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and/or OCD
• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
• Availability for a consistent outpatient caseload (20–25 sessions/week)
• Independently licensed and eligible to practice without supervision in MA
