Provide individual outpatient therapy to achievement-oriented clients using evidence-based approaches like CBT. This role offers structured training, consultation, and support for professional growth in a clinician-run practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual outpatient therapy using CBT and related evidence-based approaches
- Develop collaborative case formulations
- Deliver active, focused, and responsive sessions
- Maintain timely documentation
- Participate in regular consultation and learning to support ongoing cases and accelerate professional growth
Requirements
- Licensed Therapist (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMHC) in Massachusetts
- Training and experience in CBT
- Demonstrated commitment to CBT as a core treatment modality
- Enthusiastic interest in anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and/or OCD
- Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
- Availability for a consistent outpatient caseload (20–25 sessions/week)
- Independently licensed and eligible to practice without supervision in MA
