Licensed Security Officer - Data Center

Marksman Security is hiring licensed security officers for a data center in Aurora, providing comprehensive security solutions, including managing access, monitoring surveillance, and responding to emergencies. Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor's arrival
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Valid PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card)
• One year prior security background

• One year prior security background

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working as dispatch representative and/or security command center operator
