This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Optician in Ridgefield, CT. The Optician will assist patients with eyewear, perform fittings, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with optometrists.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with eyewear selection
- Perform fittings and adjustments
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Interpret prescriptions
- Perform measurements
- Collaborate with optometrists to ensure proper eye care services
- Manage inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in Optics and Optometry
- Strong ability to conduct Eye Exams and interpret prescriptions
- Expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant state licensure as a Licensed Optician
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Proficiency with optical tools and equipment
