About This Role

Join a leading network of mental health providers to build or expand a private practice. This role offers administrative support and a large client network, enabling therapists to focus on client care while Grow Therapy handles credentialing, billing, and insurance claims.

Responsibilities

Build or expand a private practice with the support of Grow Therapy's network
Choose when, where, and who to work with, enjoying freedom from administrative tasks
Set private pay rates for therapy sessions
Utilize the provided user-friendly EHR for managing invoice submissions, client notes, telehealth sessions, and scheduling
Determine client types and create a schedule that suits individual needs
See clients in-person, through telehealth, or a combination

Requirements

LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
Licensed in Colorado
Independent clinical licensure for at least 1 year

Qualifications

At least 1 year of independent clinical licensure experience
