About This Role

This contract role is for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Boise, ID, providing individual therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for clients in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy
Conduct assessments
Develop and implement treatment plans
Ensure proper documentation of sessions
Collaborate with other mental health providers
Participate in regular case consultations
Maintain confidentiality in alignment with ethical and legal standards

Requirements

Mastery of Counseling, Psychotherapy, and Client Assessment techniques
Experience in Treatment Planning, Crisis Intervention, and Behavior Modification
Strong communication and active listening skills
Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC)
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible hybrid work schedule
