This contract role is for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Boise, ID, providing individual therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for clients in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy

Requirements

• Mastery of Counseling, Psychotherapy, and Client Assessment techniques
• Experience in Treatment Planning, Crisis Intervention, and Behavior Modification
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC)
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible hybrid work schedule
