As a Level 1 Assistant Manager at Domino's, you will manage all aspects of your shift, ensuring customer satisfaction, inventory control, and adherence to company policies. This role requires strong leadership to set an example for the team while driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift
- Set the example and ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Oversee staffing, paperwork, and food management
- Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards
- Provide great customer service, ensure attendance, and punctuality
- Manage store cleanliness, local marketing efforts, and profitability
- Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage
- Prepare product and clean equipment and facility daily
- Receive and process telephone orders and take inventory
- Navigate adverse terrain and handle product delivery to customer locations
Requirements
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery
