About This Role

Nurture leads, conduct property showings, secure applications, and finalize lease agreements to help renters find a home and ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Nurture Leads – Reach out to incoming applicants to arrange showings and follow up after showings are complete to aim for a successfully signed lease.
• Conduct Showings – Tour leads through properties and help them envision living there.
• Get Applications & Get Leases – Follow processes to ensure leads submit applications, keep them informed, and guide them to a signed lease agreement.
• Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations – Gather direct feedback on rent pricing, features, and amenities to influence listed rent prices.
• Service with A Smile – Be the primary point of contact for applicants, answer questions, put them at ease, and make their first impressions great.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of various computer softwares
• Prior experience actively using and updating a CRM
• Prior experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role
• Valid driver’s license
• NH Real Estate license

Nice to Have

• Familiarity and prior experience with property management and leasing
