About This Role

This Lead Thermal Analysis Engineer provides management support and technical leadership to the mechanical engineering group across all projects and programs, specifically focusing on thermal analysis for advanced reactor plants. The role directs individual contributors, offers organizational support to project teams, and contributes to the design, analysis, and drafting of systems, structures, and components.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support and technical leadership to the thermal analysis group
• Direct the work of individual contributors on the team
• Provide organizational support for the project team
• Assist with the design of systems, structures, and components for advanced reactor plants
• Assist with the analysis of systems, structures, and components for advanced reactor plants
• Assist with the drafting of systems, structures, and components for advanced reactor plants
• Support the execution of mechanical design for assigned projects
• Support the analysis of assigned projects using sound engineering principles
• Support the evaluation of assigned projects adhering to business standards
