The Lead Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites. This role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Provide lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts
- Observe and report activities and incidents
- Provide for the security and safety of client property and personnel
- Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site
- Maintain security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing clear guidance and leadership to Security Officers
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods
Qualifications
- Experience in the security industry is a plus, otherwise, it's an introduction to the industry.
