Lead Project Manager

About This Role

This Project Manager will bridge the gap between sales, production, and field implementation by managing complex projects from estimation to delivery, ensuring objectives are met within budget and on schedule while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects for R&D and product implementation
• Manage project budgets, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Support outside sales by tracking orders, resolving customer issues, and identifying new business opportunities
• Liaison with procurement, production, and shipping to ensure materials are fabricated and delivered per specifications
• Perform take-offs, provide product pricing, and manage inventory levels for active projects
• Delegate tasks to team members and manage communication between stakeholders, vendors, and customers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to conduct cost analysis and project budgeting
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Distribution preferred
• Minimum 3 years of related experience; background in Industrial Distribution or the Water/Wastewater industry is highly preferred.
