Layout Designer

About This Role

Provide Revit drafting support for composite designs and revisions, manage project lifecycles, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. This role involves drafting for module creation and communicating feedback to Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management
• Research and compile all available information for the site
• Coordinate all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination and site-specific information
• Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals as required
• Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans, work letters, and phasing plans
• Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for phasing of construction if necessary
• Create construction estimates for capital requests and other planning efforts
• Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off
• Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, permit status, and lease language
• Maintain repository for all pre-construction work product by site

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Revit experience
• Experience with large commercial or warehouse design on at least 150k sq ft projects

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Revit experience

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Floor Plan Layout Design
