This role is for a Key Team Leader at Dunham's Sports, responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling store opening and closing duties, and participating in merchandising, operational, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform store opening and closing responsibilities
- Assist with merchandising functions
- Manage operational functions within the store
- Handle administrative functions within the store
- Carry keys to the store as a key holder
- Be part of the leadership team
Requirements
- Previous retail supervisory experience
- Knowledge of sporting goods (Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products)
- Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous retail supervisory experience
