About This Role

This role is for a Key Team Leader at Dunham's Sports, responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling store opening and closing duties, and participating in merchandising, operational, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform store opening and closing responsibilities
• Assist with merchandising functions
• Manage operational functions within the store
• Handle administrative functions within the store
• Carry keys to the store as a key holder
• Be part of the leadership team

Requirements

• Previous retail supervisory experience
• Knowledge of sporting goods (Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products)
• Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

• Previous retail supervisory experience
