About This Role

This role is for a Key Team Leader at Dunham's Sports, responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling store opening and closing duties, and assisting with merchandising, operations, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform store opening and closing responsibilities
• Assist with merchandising tasks
• Handle operational functions within the store
• Execute administrative functions within the store

Requirements

• Previous retail supervisory experience
• Knowledge of sporting goods categories (Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics)
• Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
