About This Role

Serve as a Key Team Leader (Key Holder) at Dunham's Sports, overseeing store opening and closing responsibilities while providing excellent customer service and assisting with merchandising and operational tasks. This role is part of the store's leadership team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous retail supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of sporting goods categories (Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics)
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
