About This Role

Serve as a Key Team Leader (Key Holder) at Dunham's Sports, providing excellent customer service, handling store opening and closing, and assisting with merchandising, operational, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle store opening and closing responsibilities
  • Perform merchandising functions within the store
  • Execute operational tasks
  • Manage administrative functions within the store

Requirements

  • Previous retail supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of sporting goods categories (Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Previous retail supervisory experience
